This role acts as a transversal anchor managing the 'Run' activities across all Enterprise Architecture product pillars including EAR, EAMR, and EADA.
The position requires leading day-to-day operational support to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements while handling troubleshooting for global users.
Candidates will implement application monitoring dashboards to proactively identify performance degradation and participate in post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.

Must-have
ITIL Incident and Problem Management
SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB database maintenance
Jenkins and OpenShift DevOps deployment
Application monitoring and observability dashboards
Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript scripting
Nice-to-have
Experience with Sparx EA or Alfabet tools
Knowledge of Palantir Skywise data platform
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
ITIL Foundation certification
VB/JavaScript modeling script updates
Key Requirements
Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science
3–5 years experience in IT operations or production support
Proficiency in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
