Assist the Regional Customer Service Manager in supervising part of the France team to ensure high performance and compliance in customer service activities including orders, billing, complaints, and logistics discrepancies.
Recruit and retain a diverse and highly qualified customer service staff while defining and monitoring department and individual objectives aligned with company plans.
Support company initiatives and ensure adherence to quality management, environmental management, regulatory requirements, and legal policies such as SOX.
