Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines with a focus on the resident assessment process.
This role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR reports.
The incumbent must coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set for each new admission according to strict regulatory time frames.
