The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must strictly maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected violations immediately.
The role requires frequent physical activity including lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
