Job Summary

  • Lead a team of reliability engineers and analysts responsible for component and turbine-level reliability modelling in support of fleet issue resolution, service contract modelling, and new unit turbine design.
  • Work closely with Services, Systems & Design Engineering, Fleet Performance Management, and Root Cause Analysis teams to improve fleet productivity, support service planning, and ensure reliability and availability requirements are incorporated into turbine designs.
  • Develop engineering talent, coach team members, and attract new talent to build a strong and sustainable organizational capability.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related STEM field

  • First experience leading project or functional engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of reliability principles, failure mechanisms, and statistical analysis methods
