Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to partner with the Developer Productivity engineering team on the systems that make every Webflow engineer faster, more confident, and more effective.
  • This is also an explicitly AI-native role. You’ll be expected to embed AI into how this team works and builds — and help the broader engineering organization do the same.
  • This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level.

$139,000 - $198,000 USD (US Zones); $180,000 - $225,000 CAD (Canada); Bonus program eligible
