Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years HSEQ or operational compliance experience
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation
  • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems
  • Confident communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Valid driver's licence

Nice-to-have

  • ICAM investigation experience
  • SAI Global auditing exposure
  • Experience with Intelex and/or Avetta systems
  • First Aid certification
  • Diploma level qualification in WHS/OHS

Key Requirements

  • Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (Diploma desirable)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Ability to complete security clearances and drug & alcohol screening
