Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer healthcare, FMCG, or related consumer product industries
  • 3+ years leading teams
  • Proven ability to manage strategic key accounts
  • Experience building and executing joint business plans
  • Strong understanding of the Czech and Slovak healthcare/pharmacy landscape (highly advantageous)
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak, plus professional-level English
  • Willingness to travel across both markets
