Job Summary
This role is accountable for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and airworthiness requirements governed by DTAES for assigned aircraft fleets.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Quality Assurance team, including Quality Assurance Specialists, a Document Management Specialist, and an HSE Specialist (4 direct reports).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years in Quality, HSE, or Compliance roles
Demonstrated people leadership experience
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Experience managing internal and external audits
Eligibility to work in Canada
Ability to obtain Controlled Goods clearance and NATO SECRET security clearance
