This role involves partnering with Senior Leadership to embed safety, health, and environmental excellence into everyday manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will lead facility audit programs including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory compliance audits while identifying root causes for corrective actions.
Baxter is seeking a self-starter to champion compliance and inspire a culture of continuous improvement within the Toongabbie Manufacturing Operations Facility.
