Job Summary

  • Ensure the correct operation and quality in the processes of preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages, supervising kitchen staff and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Supervise the preparation, presentation, and dispatch of food and beverages according to established standards, coordinate and distribute the activities of kitchen and service personnel, and verify compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Control inventories of supplies, materials, and kitchen and bar equipment, coordinate orders and reception of supplies with suppliers and the warehouse, and ensure efficient use of resources to optimize costs and avoid waste.
