Key Requirements
PhD/Master's Degree in CS/EE/Math/AI/Stats from IIT/IISc/ISI/IIIT or similar premium institutes
8–20 years total experience
4+ years post-PhD/Master's Degree in AI R&D or teaching
Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems
Strong understanding of LLMs and their integration into agentic workflows
Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar
Proven track record of innovation and publications
