Job Summary

• This is a hybrid player-coach role — equal parts hands-on product design and people management.
• Own end-to-end design for complex product initiatives, simplifying highly technical workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Directly manage a small team of UX designers, conduct weekly 1:1s and performance reviews, provide structured design critique and hands-on coaching.
