Key Requirements
Associate Degree (or higher) in a relevant field
2 years of work experience in customer/field service support
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Basic mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics
Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willing to travel off-site for up to 10 weeks for training
