Job Summary

  • The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based medical professional who serves as a scientific bridge between Lilly and the external medical community.
  • MSLs engage with Scientific Experts (SEs), Clinical Experts (CEs), and – increasingly – Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) to facilitate two-way scientific exchange, gather actionable insights, and support evidence-based medicine in their assigned therapeutic area.
  • Lilly is adopting a digitally-enabled hybrid MSL model that combines traditional face-to-face engagement with scalable digital touchpoints to maximize coverage and responsiveness.
