Must-have
2:1 master's degree or higher in relevant field
Experience with photonics projects or internships
Strong analytical and laboratory skills
Technical writing and project planning experience
Teamwork and communication capabilities

Proficiency with Zemax Optics Studio
Experience using Matlab, LabVIEW, or COMSOL
Enthusiasm for photonics technology
Interest in professional development routes
Key Requirements
Minimum 2:1 master's degree or EngD/PhD
