Maintain sterile field during surgery
Perform instrument counts and draping
Assist surgeons with retraction and suction
Handle biohazard material disposal
Follow AORN perioperative guidelines

Ability to support multiple surgical modalities
Experience in multi-disciplined OR setting
Self-motivating and self-starting attitude
Collaborative team player in healthcare
Problem-solving skills under stress
Key Requirements
Completion of CAAHEP or ABHES accredited program
Certification as TS-C or CST required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA
Two years of Operating Room experience preferred
Military surgical technology program completion accepted
