Must-have
10+ years property risk experience
Bachelor's degree in Fire or Mechanical Engineering
Expert knowledge of NFPA standards and FM Global data sheets
Experience with facilities exceeding $1 billion value
Willingness to travel 25-30% overnight

Direct field engineer or loss prevention consultant background
Familiarity with natural catastrophe modeling tools
Manufacturing sector experience in food or chemical processing
