Job Summary
Lead and manage the plans and activities of the Process Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Validation teams, overseeing overall process development, technology transfer, process validation, and equipment/facility validation and continuous improvement activities.
Recruit, train, manage, coach, and motivate employees to meet the Engineering Departmental and company goals, while providing resource and budget planning to support company objectives.
Support R&D new technology development through process development, technology transfer, and process validation activities in a GMP regulated manufacturing environment and assist with Deviation assessments, root cause analysis investigations, and CAPA implementation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
