  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will assist residents with daily functions, perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures, and ensure residents’ personal care needs are met while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents.
  • The role involves cooperating with other facility personnel to maintain nursing services and creating a warm, personal, and calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
