• The Senior Learning Partner is responsible for helping to define and execute the comprehensive learning and development strategy for the organization while driving large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years instructional design experience
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning preferred
• Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
• Experience with FAA 14 CFR Part 145 and Part 65
• Proven experience in aviation maintenance training
