Job Summary
Oversees the conduct of their assigned site, responsible for staff training, process development, and serving as a point of contact for directors and cross-functional teams.
Accountable for enrollment success at sites across all studies and develops/implements patient recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Performs quality control checks on source documentation and regulatory documents, working closely with the Quality Assurance Department to ensure site quality and create improvement processes.
