Key Requirements
Engineering Degree (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
8–10 years’ experience in civil/structural engineering
Proven experience managing pre-delivery, design, or delivery phases
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong understanding of design standards, codes, and specifications
Experience in preparing technical reports, drawings, cost estimates, and risk assessments
Proven experience liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Familiar with setting up project teams and site establishment
