Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
Minimum 2 years HVAC sector experience
Solid understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
Experience with PLCs and Building Management Systems
Familiarity with Modbus and BACnet protocols
Fluent Italian and English communication skills
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting system commissioning and optimisation
Exposure to OEM environments or complex installations
Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly
Strong interest in commercial understanding development
Experience delivering technical training to partners
