Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Visual dimensional and functional inspections
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) adherence
  • Measurement tool operation (calipers, pin gages)
  • Non-conforming material identification and segregation
  • Quality record documentation and reporting

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of GD&T principles
  • Experience with Oracle Quality modules
  • Process improvement and problem solving skills
  • Training and cross-training capabilities
  • IPC certification preferred

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 1 year experience as Quality Inspector or 2 years related inspection experience
  • Associate's degree in inspection preferred
  • Understanding of ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standards preferred
