  • The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation of all processing units and Tank Farm/Loading areas at the Great Falls refinery.
  • This position plays a critical role in setting operational discipline, developing leaders, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture within the refinery leadership team.
  • Candidates must possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Operations, and Logistics groups.

  • Previous Operations Manager or Superintendent role
  • Strong turnaround and outage planning execution

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years refining/petrochemical operations experience
  • Minimum 3 years minimum in a leadership role
  • Participation in on-call rotation and after-hours support
