The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation of all processing units and Tank Farm/Loading areas at the Great Falls refinery.
This position plays a critical role in setting operational discipline, developing leaders, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture within the refinery leadership team.
Candidates must possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Operations, and Logistics groups.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum 10 years refining/petrochemical operations experience
Minimum 3 years minimum in a leadership role
Participation in on-call rotation and after-hours support
