JLL is seeking a Project Manager for Labs in Mountain View, CA, to lead strategic infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client satisfaction. Job Summary

  • Lead strategic and cross-functional infrastructure improvement projects and end-to-end project delivery including alignment of concepts in terms of scope, time, and cost deliverable development to ensure project goals are met.
  • Your contributions will support JLL's project management excellence while you develop ROM level project estimates for funding approval, select and manage project teams including subcontractors and consultants, conduct value engineering based on Client Basis of Design, lead project teams to investigate and implement energy and carbon related projects, and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

  • Ability to travel as needed
