Job Summary

  • The Sr. Manager will function as the Procurement/Source Process Design Lead for the IM Transcend Program to independently spearhead the development of Direct and Indirect Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
  • Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
  • Success in this role depends on collaborating with major business partners to thoroughly understand current business needs and capabilities, conduct benchmarking, drive continuous improvement, maintain consistent process documentation, and ensure effective product deployment across programmes.
