Job Summary

  • The incumbent of the position has the responsibility of ensuring the effective estimation of costs, selection, negotiation and management of suppliers and subcontractors to meet program requirements in line with CAE’s commercial practices while mitigating CAE’s risk.
  • Negotiate subcontract agreements within technical scope, schedule and budget allocation including flowdown of specific Program Terms and Conditions (SOW and T&Cs).
  • Group Insurance, Telemedicine Employee and Family Assistance Program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Group RRSP, CAE Pension Plan/Defined Benefit Plan, Sabbatical Leave, Flex Time, Enhanced Parental Leave.
