Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy and procedures.
Manage the entire recruitment process: planning recruitment campaigns, creating shortlists, conducting interviews, facilitating offer negotiations, and closing the vacancy.
Support Employer Branding Activities to boost ABB’s Employer Brand within Japan and work on new recruitment initiatives to improve candidate, hiring manager and HRBP experience.
