Job Summary

  • This role bridges the gap between RTL Design and Manufacturing to ensure next-generation FPGA products are manufacturable and testable.
  • Engineers will assist in inserting DFT structures like Scan chains and MBIST while developing ATPG patterns for high fault coverage.
  • The position requires collaboration with Front-End Design and Physical Design teams to resolve testability and timing issues in complex silicon architectures.
