Job Summary

  • As an RN on our Home Care team, you will lead and coordinate individualized patient care plans, deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home, and collaborate with interdisciplinary clinicians.
  • We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Team, providing care North of Boston, with a schedule of every other Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
