Job Summary
The Assistant Engineering Manager supports the effective operation and maintenance of all HKIS facilities by managing preventive maintenance programs, implementing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The role oversees daily mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV, and fire safety operations; coordinates contractor work; and responds to emergencies.
Contribute to HKIS’s sustainability goals by analyzing energy and water usage, supporting utility conservation programs, and recommending system upgrades to enhance overall performance.

Key Requirements
