Key Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA Certification
  • 10+ years public accounting experience
  • 5+ years auditing TMT companies
  • Proven record of building client relationships
  • Understanding of GAAP, GAAS and FASB
