Job Summary

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, answer questions on menu selections, and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glass throughout the day, and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
