Job Summary

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Technical Services organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.
  • You will be primarily accountable for: Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.
  • ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Vacation is provided based on years of service for hourly and non-exempt positions. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient in AutoCad or SOLIDWORKS, MS Office
  • Design experience Powder Coating/painting systems
  • Ability to translate design specs to vendor bids
  • Oversee installation and commissioning
  • Write operational and maintenance procedures
