The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for influencing multi-functional teams to deliver tangible business results through the application of methodologies such as JJPS, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
This role leads the transformation strategy and change management for the US Joints Manufacturing site in Warsaw, IN, supporting the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business into DePuy Synthes.
