Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years Identity & Access Management experience
Advanced knowledge of IAM and IGA technologies
Proficiency with REST APIs and API testing tools
Deep understanding of IAM Compliance and Governance
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or Cloud IDPs
Nice-to-have
Scripting knowledge preferred
Passion for teaching and enabling others
Ability to explain complex topics simply
Proactive knowledge sharing culture
Comfortable presenting to executive audiences
Key Requirements
MIS/Computer Science Degree required
CISSP certification or equivalent experience required
