Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years commercial banking experience
Expert credit structuring and risk assessment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Active FINRA licensing (79, 63, SIE)
Deep knowledge of NBFI verticals
Nice-to-have
Experience with insurance brokers and re-insurance
Proven ability to drive innovation through partnerships
Expertise in early warning detection systems
Ability to lead multi-functional teams effectively
Adaptability to new technology and digital tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
15+ years of relevant industry experience
