Job Summary

  • Serve as a support function to the Head of Global Private Wealth and the Chief Operating Officer, Global Private Wealth, providing leverage, throughput, and organizational lift.
  • Responsible for providing dependable organizational and project support, executive readiness for meetings and client interactions, and ensuring key initiatives are organized and progress smoothly.
  • This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, offering 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval.
