Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for overseeing the completion, accuracy, and timely submission of Minimum Data Set assessments to ensure federal and state regulatory compliance.
  • The position requires maintaining strong working knowledge of current MDS and PDPM requirements while collaborating with Finance and Admissions to support accurate reimbursement.
  • Candidates will contribute to high-quality resident care by conducting internal audits and providing routine reports on MassHealth resident census and trends.

Key Requirements
