Job Summary
The Manager of Content Development and Internal Training is responsible for the design, development and ongoing maintenance of all training curriculum and content to support ZEISS Vision Care US.
This role leads the creation of training curriculum and materials, including job aids, self-paced online modules, presentation decks, checklists, exercises, workbooks etc for employees and ECPs.

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years optical sales experience
Minimum of 5 years training content development experience
Prior experience as a sales representative
Familiarity with Challenger Sales Methodology
Familiarity with Salesforce
Proven experience with LMS platforms
Sales/training experience to Eye Care Professional preferred
