Job Summary

• This role is responsible for driving program coordination, tracking interdependencies, and leading change management activities to support the delivery of the OneERP transformation across all locations in the APAC & Middle East region.
• The role will work closely with Payroll, HR Operations, HRIS, IDS, HRBPs, and global project teams to ensure alignment, track progress, and support the successful implementation of key systems.
• This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness, payroll stability, and effective change adoption across countries during the transition period.
