Marsh is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their Legal Compliance and Public Affairs team in Tokyo, Japan. The role requires proficiency in both Japanese and English, with a focus on ensuring compliance with Japanese laws and regulations as well as managing high-risk compliance issues

Job Summary

  • Provide analysis and advice on a wide range of legal and compliance matters including commercial, digital, anti-bribery, AML, trade sanctions, competition, M&A, employment, and insurance.
  • Predict and identify high-risk compliance issues in Japan, developing and executing swift countermeasures.
  • Promote an ethical and compliant corporate culture through legal and compliance training, internal investigations, and collaboration with internal departments.
