Job Summary
The Security Sergeant acts as the "Front Line" supervisor and manages the performance and effectiveness of the security officers.
Responsible for the safety and security of all Jefferson employees, students, visitors, staff and property and mitigates workplace violence in accordance with the Joint Commission, Department of Health and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
