Key Requirements
Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, facilities, or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm in-office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
