Base: $25.38 - $37.23; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 10 days holidays

Must-have
7 years of maintenance experience
Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge
HVAC and refrigeration system expertise
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Preventive maintenance execution
Nice-to-have
CMMS and building automation systems knowledge

Key Requirements
