Base: $122,803.20 - $173,867.20 annually; Bonus: Annual bonus paid every 6 months for meeting program requirements; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, career advancement, differentials, premiums, and recognition programs included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
Direct patient care from admission to discharge
Weekend shift availability required
Ability to triage acute and non-urgent issues
Experience with critically ill adult patients
Nice-to-have
General medical inpatient or ICU experience
Self-starter with maturity and self-confidence
Collaborative relationship with interdisciplinary teams
New graduate with strong clinical rotations
Motivated and energetic clinician
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Active Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts
Inpatient medicine rotation at large academic center preferred for new grads
Minimum two years inpatient RN experience preferred for new grad NPs
