Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years manufacturing or process engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Avionics, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Proficiency in GD&T per ASME Y14.5 for avionics components
  • Hands-on experience with avionics wiring installation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and aircraft blueprints
  • Experience developing work instructions for avionics assembly

Nice-to-have

  • Direct background in Aerospace and Defense industry
  • Experience with Material Review Board activities
  • Participation in new avionics product introduction programs
  • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers on best practices
  • Familiarity with PLM, MES, and MRP systems

Key Requirements

  • United States Secret Security Clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship status required
  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
