This role serves as a driving force behind the production and integration of avionics systems for SNC's next-generation RAPCON-X ISR platform.
The position requires leading the development of manufacturing processes that enable rapid integration of sensors, mission systems, and aircraft survivability technologies.

Base: $113,428.57 - $155,964.28; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based upon performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match, life insurance, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years manufacturing or process engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Avionics, or Aerospace Engineering
Proficiency in GD&T per ASME Y14.5 for avionics components
Hands-on experience with avionics wiring installation and troubleshooting
Ability to read electrical schematics and aircraft blueprints
Experience developing work instructions for avionics assembly
Nice-to-have
Direct background in Aerospace and Defense industry
Experience with Material Review Board activities
Participation in new avionics product introduction programs
Mentoring and coaching junior engineers on best practices
Familiarity with PLM, MES, and MRP systems
Key Requirements
