Job Summary

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your aviation expertise in direct support of the High-Altitude Army Aviation Training Site (HAATS)—one of the most respected high-altitude training environments in the world.
  • Perform Check Flights to determine compliance with contractual requirements, such as Acceptance Check Flights (ACFs) and Functional Check Flights (FCFs).
  • Coordinate daily tasks and requirements of contract employees to meet AATS missioned training requirements and schoolhouse accreditation as directed by AATS chains of command.

Key Requirements

  • 12 years experience with High School Diploma
  • 8 years experience with Bachelors Degree
  • 1,000 hours pilot-in-command time
  • 300 hours in similar type aircraft
  • USAACE/AATS qualified IP
  • Instructor Training Course (ITC) or ABIC qualified
  • FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • FAA Second Class flight physical required
